Despite everything that is going on in the world today! It’s still a Great Day to Be Alive! We were called into existence during this time in history for a specific aim and purpose. Sending Prayers Peace and Positive Vibes to all those that are in need.
Below we combined a list of activities that you can do to ease the anxiety and grief that allot of people are dealing with during this time. We suggest doing a few things that enriches the body and the spirit. Realize the power you have in you ( we are made in the image and Likeness of God)
Quick and Easy fixes to your spirit
Here’s our list:
- Turn off the news
- Take a break from Social Media
- Spend sometime outdoors
- Take a drive
- Go sit in a park
- Grab Lunch and sit in the park
- Grab Paper Pen ( markets colored pencils crayons) do some drawing
- Go for a walk
- Color in a coloring book
- Do some journaling
- Write some gratitude notes
- Start a garden or plant some seeds
- Write down 5 reasons that it’s a great day to be alive
